SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
CLICK + COLLECT
If your items are in stock, we will put them aside for you to collect the same day (or the next day we are open). If you items are out of stock, please wait for us to contact you. Click + Collect is available during our opening hours.
POSTAGE
We use Australia Post for our postal orders. Regular postage is $8 and Express Postage is $15. We do not ship internationally.
STOCK LEVELS
We make every effort to ensure availablility shown on the website is accurate, however stock levels can take up to 24hours to update. Therefore some items showing as available may be out of stock and we will contact you if your order is affected.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in-store and online (click on Gift Card tab on website)
Gift Vouchers expire three years from the date of issue. This will not be extended.
Any unused amount after the expiry amount will not be refunded or credited.
It is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder to present the Gift Card. We do not keep a record of Gift Cards.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We offer free postage for Gift Vouchers and use Australia Post.
REFUND POLICY
Faulty items can be refunded, exchanged or replaced where proof of purchase is provided.
We do not refund or exchange damaged items so please check your items carefully before leaving the store.
For other items, we are happy to offer an exchange only. This must be taken within 30 days and proof of purchase provided. Goods must be unused and in the original condition.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We are able to place orders for books where we have a Distributor account. Due to currency fluctuations, the price of some items may change and the quote given at the time of order is approximate.
Special orders may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control, such as stock shortages. We will endeavour to inform you of delays but if you haven't heard from us within two weeks of placing your order, please contact and we will check the progress of your order.
ONLINE ORDERS
To change or cancel your online order, please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of placing it.
Please make sure your address and contact details are correct when placing your order. The availability and publication dates on our website are provided by our suppliers and may be subject to printing and publication delays.
Once items are lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages but will endeavour to track orders where possible. If delays are experienced, please check in with your local post office and please contact us if your order has not arrived after 10 days.
COMPETITIONS
To be eligible to enter an Antipodes Bookshop and Gallery competition, you must be located in Australia and over the age of 18 or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You must adhere to all additional and specific competition entry requirements.
